The wagering requirement for this bonus is the bonus amount × 20 — meaning if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳24,000 in bets before withdrawing.
6.2 Bonus Terms of Use
The general terms relating to bonuses are as follows:
- A bonus is not cash — it is credit for playing games only.
- A bonus cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering — the detailed terms for each offer will be stated separately.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active.
6.3 VIP Cashback
558h cm's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. For example, a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳120 (৳20,000 × 0.6%). The cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers.
Betting and Gaming Policy
7.1 Betting Rules
The rules for sports betting and casino games on 558h cm apply separately to each section. Once any bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. All sports bets, including cricket and football, will be settled only after the match result is finalised.
7.2 Technical Issues
If a technical fault or disconnection in a game leads to an uncertain outcome, 558h cm will consult the technology provider and make a final decision. In such situations, the bet may be cancelled and the stake returned.
7.3 Suspicious Bets

Prohibited Activities

- Placing bets in deliberate collusion with another member.

Account Suspension and Closure

558h cm may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
